What is Fused Glass Art?

Fused Glass is created by fusing two or more pieces of glass together by heat in a kiln. A Fused Glass Artist is someone who perfects & practices this technique.

In order to create art with fused glass, you need a creative, technical eye for design, architecture, & functionality.

About Sherilyne's Work

Each of my pieces is handcrafted and one of a kind. Inspired by my experiences, nature, and my clients’ stories - my artwork is anything but ordinary. Check out my online marketplace.

A little bit about me, I was nominated as ‘Artist of the Month’ at Gallery 57 West, where I was asked to educate the public on Fused Glass Art and my mastery of the technique. My pieces have been featured in juried exhibitions such as Maryland Federation of Art “Light and Shadow” Exhibition, Creative Alliance 25th “The Big Show” Exhibition, as well as boutiques like the Gallery 57 West, Annapolis Arts Alliance Boutique, Eastport Yacht Club – Holiday Art Show, and the 29th Annual West Annapolis Business Affiliation Oktoberfest Show.

I spend my days testing new ideas, exploring color combinations, and developing art that represents my perspective of the world. It is all “For The Love of Glass”…….
